The institutional gap

When loss reaches a workplace or customer family, support becomes fragmented.

HR approves leave. An EAP offers counselling. An insurer processes a claim. A funeral home manages the ceremony. Yet the grieving family is still left to coordinate the human experience.

Legacia Group closes the space between administration and dignity.

01

No single accountable partner

Responsibilities are spread across HR, employee wellness, claims, procurement, customer experience and funeral partners.

02

Families coordinate while grieving

Communication, tribute content, remembrance, keepsakes and family updates are managed under emotional pressure.

03

Existing benefits lack differentiation

Policies and wellness benefits may settle a claim or offer counselling, but often do not preserve the person, story and family legacy.

04

Care is difficult to evidence

Institutions need a consistent process, consent controls, service records and measurable outcomes before they can scale support.

Our core offer

Partnership-ready

Trust is part of the product

Protected payments. Responsible data. Human accountability.

Online card payments are designed to move through a hosted, PCI DSS-compliant payment page protected by HTTPS encryption. The payment provider handles card entry; Legacia receives the order reference and verified payment result, not your card number or security code.

Your payment journey is protected from checkout to fulfilment.

The live website must use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Orders are released only after server-to-server payment confirmation, while administrator access, backups and customer records remain controlled and monitored.

Legacia will never ask for your card PIN, one-time password, card security code or online-banking password by email, phone or WhatsApp. Use only the secure checkout opened from this website and verify the website address before paying.

Hosted secure checkout

Card and supported payment details are entered on the approved provider’s protected payment page, not into Legacia’s website forms.

POPIA-protected approach

We collect only information required to respond, process and fulfil. Access is limited, purpose-bound and supported by consent records.

Verified fulfilment

Stock, delivery and payment status are checked before dispatch. Every confirmed order receives a traceable reference.

Age confirmation is required online, and valid identification may be requested before dispatch or upon delivery.

Help & frequently asked questions

Clarity before you commit.

Who may purchase Legacia Wine?

Only persons aged 18 or older may place or receive a wine order. We may request identification before dispatch or at delivery.

When will I see the delivery charge?

Your delivery area, stock position and courier charge are confirmed before final payment. No hidden delivery charge is added after an order is paid.

How do online card payments work?

The production website redirects you to a hosted payment page operated by the configured payment provider. Legacia does not store your card number or security code.

Can a company place a bulk or gifting order?

Yes. Select “Corporate invoice / purchase order” at checkout or contact us for a formal quotation, branded gift note, delivery schedule and volume availability.

What happens if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs. We will assess the matter and arrange the appropriate replacement, collection or remedy in line with the delivery and returns terms.

How are memorial and family details protected?

We use consent-led workflows, limited access, purposeful collection and human review. Families control what is approved for publication and what remains private.

Can I cancel a personalised service?

Personalised work begins only after scope and approval. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the work already completed and is explained in the written quotation before payment.

Three generations · one living legacy

Lillian is the origin. Tsakane and Reatlegile are the living legacy.

Legacia was born from a deeply personal understanding of what happens when loss leaves a family with unanswered stories and disconnected generations. That pain became a disciplined commitment to preserve dignity, identity and memory for other families.

Lillian, the origin, with Tsakane Maqayiya and Reatlegile Maqayiya, the living legacy of Legacia Group
The first fruit of every generation

A legacy carried with dignity, intelligence and responsibility.

In this family story, Lillian, Tsakane and Reatlegile are first-born daughters — women who carry the first fruit of their generations. Their lineage is expressed as queenship with responsibility: to protect names, serve families, create order from pain and leave an inheritance greater than possessions.

Tsakane Maqayiya is the Founder and Executive Lead who transformed lived experience into an accountable institutional solution. Reatlegile Maqayiya is a Director and next-generation legacy steward — the heiress entrusted to carry the vision forward with intelligence, discipline and modern leadership.

Legacia's royal language is not about distance or entitlement. It is about high standards, service, dignity and the duty to build something future generations can inherit with pride.

Legacia original song

After the funeral,
love still lives.

A song for every family whose love continued after the ceremony ended. It carries the heart of Legacia: remembrance, dignity, connection and the promise that no life is forgotten.

“After the funeral, love still needs a place to go.”

Discovery conversation

The questions that move a meeting toward a real decision.

Legacia begins by understanding the current experience, ownership gaps and evidence required for a responsible partnership.

What currently happens when an employee or customer family experiences a death?

Which team owns the experience - HR, EAP, insurance, customer experience, procurement or a funeral partner?

Where does the current process break down or create the most complaints and administration?

Do you already offer a funeral-policy or bereavement benefit that needs stronger differentiation?

Who else must be in the next meeting for a real decision to be made?

Which cultural, data-protection, consent or provider risks must the partnership address from the start?
